As you may or may not know, every six months this board has a members sort out, where any member who has been with us for 6 months or more and has less than 5 posts is deleted.
This year I've decided to change it. So, instead of us having a deletion in June, we'll be having the next deletion in Jan 2010. The catch is that, not only will members with less than 5 posts be deleted, but also anyone who hasn't posted since Jan 2008. By 2010 that will mean they won't have posted on the boards for 2 years.
As soon as I've gone through the members, I'll post the list for both of these deletions. This list will also be emailed to all members every other month for the next year, so that noboy can say they weren't warned.
There are now 3 categories for this sort out. Members who have been here since June 08 and have no posts will be deleted immediately. members who have been here for the same amount of time, but have 1-4 posts will be given a 6 week stay of execution, in which time they will be emailed again and personally PM'd by either myself or one of the Mods. Those who haven't posted since Jan 08 but have more than 5 posts with us will be given a 6 month stay, in which time they will be contacted by a member of staff.

So, just to recap:
0 posts will be deleted Jan 2010
1-4 posts will be deleted Feb 2010
No posts for 2 years will be deleted June 2010
